Style Muse – Mary Beth – Finale
Thank you to Mary Beth for being such a belle muse and kicking off my new “Style Muse” section with PIZAZZ.
In our finale look, we wanted to show off one of Ms. DuPain’s coveted pieces, this Alexander McQueen leather jacket with gold zipper detail and a ruffle peplum. I mean…how much more incredibly chic can you get? The natural direction is to style this jacket into an ultra conservative look, but in order to “cool” it out we added this gorge, cobalt blue Rag & Bone maxi skirt. For a little extra panache, we accessorized with an orange tassel necklace from H&M, a vintage, orange jeweled star necklace, an eagle claw necklace by Pamela Love and many other vintage chains.
One of my favorite color combinations – Cobalt Blue and Fire Orange (remember my “How to Mix Your Pop Colors” post? click here). Also in this look, Mary Beth is wearing a white blouse by Rag & Bone and Stingray shoes by Chrissie Morris. Bon Weekend Les Enfantes! Bisous NYS
