Memorial Day
Ah Memorial Day – A day to to hang out with family & friends, fire up a BBQ and wallow in the sun.
In preparation for my Memorial Day celebration, I decided to hit up the local farmer’s market for some fresh produce and flowers. What I didn’t expect was to take a seat for a Chess Match. Oh so many years have gone by since I last played – I’m sure you have already predicted the outcome.
On a lighter note, I am continuing with my love for polka dots. On a recent trip to Chicago, my niece took me to her favorite shop, Forever 21, where believe or not, I found this outfit!
Combining the skirt with the top made me feel like I should be peddling through the hills of Tuscany or strolling through the cobblestone streets of Avignon. Either way, this outfit only cost me $32 – Can you believe it? Well of course sans the Louboutin Pigalles which added the perfect touch. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Bisous NYS
