Flares and Lace and Jewels… Oh My!
Sometimes it feels nice to be transported back into time, but it is the mixing of vintage with modern that makes you look trés cool.
Today I am again inspired by the alluring colors of the autumn leaves and decided to match it with my favorite fabrication of the season – LACE. All I want to do is wear lace at the moment, preferably in black or winter white – keep it classy! Whether it is a lace blouson or a long gown, dare to show more skin than normal…but not TOO much. With the lace tops, exhibit a divine bra and with the long lace gown, wear a short slip so the world can peek at your lovely legs – it’s more intriguing.
As for the pants, sticking to my coated jeans obsession, I opted to finally give in to the 70′s flare leg … and I love it! Bootleg jeans are better suited for the general public because majority of us are not waifs. In fact, most of us have curves and a wider bottom pant helps to balance out our bodies actually making us look skinnier. FACT!
And today, my shoes are the jewels. These original United Nude Lo Res Mary Janes are so creative, they sparkle as if I covered my feet in nude gems. You can even take off the strap to change the shoe into a pump.
Whenever I create a look, it is my goal to look chic but to always add that pop of…”Did you see that?” Stay tuned for more looks coming this weekend! Bisous NYS
